SEATTLE CREATES presents The Creative Exchange: Podcasting w/ Rachel Horgan of The Weekly Seattle

  • The Media Production Center (MPC) 901 12th Avenue Seattle, WA, 98122 United States (map)

Rachel Horgan is the founder and host of The Weekly Seattle, a podcast covering major business stories shaping Seattle. She interviews founders, CEOs, journalists, and civic leaders to help listeners better understand the region’s business landscape. She is also the founder of RC Productions, an event production company that produces conferences, corporate events, festivals, talk shows, and more.

In this interactive workshop, Rachel will share how podcasting can be used to tell stories, build a brand, and create content. Students will learn how to turn an idea into a podcast, develop guest interview skills, and understand the basics of recording, producing, and distributing a show. Participants will leave with the foundational knowledge needed to begin developing their own podcast.

Currently open to Seattle University students only.

Help Us Bring This to All of Seattle
