Every year, ACES // Artists of Color Expo & Symposium is shaped by the artists and BIPOC community members who contribute their time, creativity, and support. This year, ACES builds on the Summer Series workshops and concert with the opening of the ACES Gallery, an extended pop-up open to the public for 8 days, from October 17 to November 8, in downtown Seattle.
The ACES Gallery, located at 805 1st Ave (between Downtown Seattle and Pioneer Square), will feature the work of 50 local artists of color. Visit the Exhibition during open gallery hours and join us for a series of events, including opening and closing celebrations, THE CYPHER, and an Artist Salon! Full artist list and event lineup below.
The ACES Gallery is a showcase of visual work by BIPOC artists exploring themes of cultural storytelling and community connection. The exhibit offers a platform for both emerging and established artists to share their vision in a public space and spark conversation.
OPENING WEEKEND >> FRI, OCT 17, 5-8PM
The gallery is open! Featuring work from 50 local artists of color: Enjoy live music while you meet and mingle with many of the artists in the exhibition. Don’t miss this opening celebration and exploration of identity, culture, and perspective through art.
